Organik was established as an entity in 2008, prior to our foundation we had the core experience of 30+ years in the industry.
We provide a broad scope of services encompassing the creation, and development of; technical illustrations, information graphics, schematics, instruction manuals, operational manuals, training guides, and marketing materials.
We will work with your existing material, or a blank canvas if required, to assist with your vision and goals, to make this happen!
Our aim is to transform complex visual information and instruction, thus enabling consideration and ease of delivery for the end user - keeping it simple!
Our Process
Organik's production systems are streamlined but flexible to suit, honed through our many years of experience, and knowledge, with pre-determined draft gates. The agreed draft processes, with inbuilt client quality checks, avoid unnecessary re-working - therefore adhering to the previously agreed costings.
We understand the importance of getting to really know our clients, and gain a feel for their requirements and aspirations, we aim to achieve these expectations with our easygoing, but professional approach.
We work closely with our clients, offering clarity, and expert advice, flexibility, and creativity throughout the process. We endeavour to advise, and support our clients from the initial brief, through to completion, and final delivery, always aware of the agreed budget at every stage.
Pre-Project Meeting
We listen intently from the first meeting onward to go through the project and get to understand our client's end goals. We will work with existing material, from ground upwards and with actual product samples in order to get a true understanding of functionality.
Estimate Approval
We will never start a project without client cost approval. We understand budgetary constraints and will take every measure to keep costs reasonable and make savings wherever possible.
Client Review of First Draft
During every step of the process we will always ensure we ask clarification questions where needed. We aim for the first draft client review to be straightforward and stress free.
Amend Process and Final Files
We aim for the amend process to be quick and simple. We are constantly working with tight deadlines, so are very aware of the pressures for fast turnaround and efficient delivery of final files.
